Your driver, knowing your flight, will be waiting for you at the Arrivals.
The driver will be holding a sign or tablet with your name. In case you are not able to locate the driver, please call us for on-the-spot assistance.
The transfers offered by our company are exclusively private transfers. The vehicle to pick you up is there only for you and your traveling companions.
We will leave you at the entrance of the venue you have chosen.
The driver will be checking your flight, while delays of up to 60 min do not affect your booking. For delays longer than 60 minutes, the driver will need to redesign your route and waiting time might arise. For your better service, please let us know.as soon as you know your flight will be delayed.
All available space in our vehicles is without charge but if your luggage exceeds it and we need another vehicle then you will be charged for it. Of course you must inform us first to be prepared.
After your booking you will receive an automatic email, which is considered as confirmation mail. If this doesn’t please you, feel free to contact us via email or phone.
We treat baby buggy as luggage. You don’t have to book it differently but if your amount of luggage is too big you must inform us first.
To change your booking you will need your Order ID number which is in your confirmation mail and the email adress you registered. You can follow the steps indicated and make any changes you need.

Our vehicles do not have special equipment (ramps) for the disabled. We can help the disabled person to get on and off the vehicle and carry any equipment for them. Please inform us previously to be prepared.
